Removing Projects from the
California State Science Fair

When can I take my science project away?

All projects must remain set up at their assigned locations from the time of registration until the announced beginning time for Project Removal period at 1:30 pm. Please note that some judging will continue without students present after the conclusion of the judging interview period at 12:30 pm.

No project may be removed before the beginning of the Project Removal period at 1:30 pm.
All projects must be removed by the end of the Project Removal period. at 3:30 pm.
At the conclusion of this period the tables on which the displays sit will be broken down by the outside company that provides the tables for the duration of the Fair. Projects still on the tables at that time will be discarded.
