1997 California State Science Fair

The 1997 California State Science Fair was held on May 19-20 in the Los Angeles Sports Arena. The Fair is hosted by the California Museum of Science and Industry. This year, 966 students presented 879 projects and met with about 300 practicing scientists and engineers serving as judges.
