California Science & Engineering Fair

The California State Science Fair needs your help. If you can offer your time in support of the Fair please let us know by filling out this form.

This year, volunteers are needed in many capacities to support the fair’s operations because this is the first time since 2019 that CSEF has been held in-person. CSEF 2025 will be held on the campus of California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks on Saturday and Sunday, April 12-13. You can sign up for as little or as much time as you feel that you can offer. Volunteers are needed on Saturday from noon through early evening. On Sunday, volunteers are needed starting at 7:00 in the morning for Judge Registration, through the Awards Ceremony that concludes the fair, running from 3:30 - 5:00 pm.
