CSEF 2018 Flyers
for Qualified and Alternate Projects

Please download both flyers appropriate to your fair. These have been prepared with the intention that they can be distributed to your fair's award winners at your Awards Ceremony in order to explain what they need to do next and by when.

Please note that the flyers for qualified and alternate projects are different. While all students from your fair have the same Application Deadline, alternate students should not do anything after submitting their online application until instructed to do so by CSEF. Alternates will be accepted on a space-available basis on their fair's Decision Date which is 7 days after the fair's Submission Deadline, or the Final Decision Date, which this year is Apr 9, whichever is earlier. Alternates who are accepted must then submit the Application Fee and other required materials.
