2022 California Science & Engineering Fair

The 2022 California Science & Engineering Fair was held on April 12. The fair is hosted by the California Science Center located in Exposition Park, just south of downtown Los Angeles, which is the authority responsible for the operation of the Fair.

This year there were 854 participants from 343 schools throughout the State presenting 720 projects in competition for over $60,000 in total awards, including the opportunities for the top award winners in the Junior Division to participate in the national Broadcom MASTERS competition, and for the top award winners in the Senior Division to compete in the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).

Owing to continuing pandemic concerns, this year CSEF was again held entirely online.
